NEW Engineered Oak 190mm Flooring

We have two new Engineered Oak floors in our Charnwood Oak range. Both of the floors are 190mm wide and have a 3mm wear layer of solid oak on top of the engineered base. The surface is textured as the flooring has been brushed and then finished with a UV oil for protection.

The two floors are:

190mm Engineered Brushed & UV Oiled Dark Smoked Charnwood Oak

The warm brown colour has been achieved by smoking the Oak. This flooring add warmth and character to any room.

190mm Engineered Brushed & UV Oiled Natural Charnwood Oak

The Oak has been left as its natural colour of golden browns. This floor would complement most interiors and will give a classic feel to your home.

Both of the floors are the same size, profile and style; it is just the colour of the Oak that is different. Here is what you need to know:

Firstly, both are engineered. This means that they have a solid Oak top layer of 3mm, with engineered base layers underneath. This gives your flooring more structure and stability and allows for the wider planks.
The width of both types of flooring is 190mm.
Also, you can fit both floors easily as they have a click fitting system. You have the choice of floating the floors over an underlay or fixing it into position.
Furthermore, they have both been finished with a UV oil to protect the surface of the floor.
Both have a textured feel to the surface, which has been lightly brushed to expose the natural qualities of the Oak.
Finally, you can use both floors in almost any room in your home. They can be used with underfloor heating systems and in conservatories or other rooms where temperature and humidity fluctuate.
